1. open up cydia

2. go to manage sources

3. add these two sources: http://cydia.xsellize.com

                                        http://iwazowski.com/repo

4. search cydia for iwep pro 4.1.2 and install it

5. then go open again cydia and search for iwep STDic 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and     install these as well.

6. respring your device and open up iwep pro
